Then either the door is not sealing even though it is closed, or the switch that reports it has worn. On a column with a heavy custom front the first is much more likely, and it is a hinge adjustment rather than a part. ### Can I just turn the alarm off? You can mute most of them, and we would ask you not to until you have measured the temperature. A door alarm silenced is a small annoyance; a temperature alarm silenced is a fridge full of food and no warning. Verify first, then decide. ### It alarmed after a power cut and will not stop. Common, and usually an acknowledgment the machine wants rather than a defect. A full minute at the breaker generally clears it.
